Information handled

• When you contact me: your name, email address, message, and optional subject. The form also sends the consent checkbox value so there is a record of your choice. It contains an empty hidden anti-spam field; it is not intended to collect visitor information, and a filled value is used only to flag automated spam.
• If you email or call directly: the contact details and message content you choose to share, plus ordinary email or call metadata needed to respond.
• Service and abuse-prevention data: Formspree and the website host may process technical request details such as IP address, time, browser headers, and spam signals to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Formspree may apply automated anti-spam or CAPTCHA controls. I do not use these details to build advertising profiles.
• Theme or device data: this site does not set cookies, use browser storage, or run analytics or advertising trackers.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, confidential employer data, vulnerability reports containing exploitable details, or other sensitive information through this form.

Why and how it is used

I use contact information only to read and respond to your enquiry, maintain the resulting conversation, and protect the form against abuse. I do not sell it or use it for my own advertising or marketing.

The form is delivered by Formspree. When you submit it, the information you enter is sent to Formspree for processing and delivery to the site operator. Formspree may store submissions and technical data under its own service terms, settings, and retention practices; its notice says information may be processed in the United States and other countries where it operates, so the submission may be processed outside India. Formspree's published notice also describes service-improvement, marketing, and third-party uses that it controls; I cannot control those practices. The receiving mailbox provider (Google/Gmail for the address shown here) also processes delivered email. Review Formspree's privacy notice and Google's privacy policy before submitting. If you do not want to use Formspree, contact me directly by email. Do not use this form for sensitive or confidential information.

This project repository includes a custom-domain configuration for GitHub Pages. If the site is served by GitHub Pages, GitHub may process routine hosting, access, and security logs under its own policies; see GitHub's privacy statement. Social links are ordinary links—not embedded feeds or widgets—and visiting those services shares information with them under their own notices.

Consent, withdrawal, and requests

The contact form asks for an affirmative, unticked consent before submission. You can withdraw that consent or request access, correction, or deletion of a message by emailing me from the address below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred or records that must be retained for a lawful reason.

This notice is intended to support transparency under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, subject to their commencement and scope. Other laws may provide additional rights depending on where you are located.

Retention and security

I aim to keep contact correspondence only while it is useful to respond or continue the conversation, and ordinarily delete it within 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a legal obligation, dispute, or security matter requires longer. Formspree's copy and technical logs have separate retention controls; those must be checked and managed in the Formspree account.

Do not send information that requires confidential or high-assurance handling. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated if the site begins using new services or collecting different information. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
